Thermomix Duchess Potatoes
Ingredients
- 400 gr potatoes
- 40 gr butter (or 3 tbps extra virgin olive oil)*
- 1 egg yolk
- 30 gr grated parmesan *
- salt to taste
- 1 liter water
Instructions
Put the water in the bowl, place the basket with the peeled potatoes cut into chunks inside, cook: 30 min. Varoma speed. 2.
Empty the bowl and without washing it insert the butterfly, add the potatoes and oil or butter, mix: 30 sec. speed 3.
Add the Parmesan and yolk, mix: 30 sec. vel. 3.
At this point fill a piping bag with a star spout with the dough obtained and form small turretts/tufts directly on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
