Thermomix Chocolate chip muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 100 ml milk
  • 75 gr sugar
  • 200 gr plain wheat flour
  • 16 gr baking powder
  • 75 gr chocolate chip
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in the jug except the chocolate chips, mix: 1 min. speed 4.

  2. Add the drops, mix: 30 sec. Reverse at speed 4.

  3. Coat a muffin plate with paper cups and fill them for 2/3.

  4. Bake in preheated oven at 180° C for about 15-20 minutes (do the toothpick test).

  5. Allow to cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve... Buon appetito!
