Put the two flour, dry yeast and sugar in the bowl, mix: 30 sec. speed. 3.
Add the milk and mix: 1 min. speed. dough mode.
Add the butter in small pieces and salt, knead: 3 min. speed. dough mode.
Take the dough and knead it for a few minutes with your hands, place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise until it doubles in volume (about 2 hours).
Deflate the dough slightly to form a dough and divide it into pieces of 30 g each.
Form small balls, pushing under the ends and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, well spaced from each other.
Cover the rolls with a clean towel and let rise for 40 minutes or 1 hour.
Before baking, brush the surface of each sandwich with the beaten egg together with a drop of milk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 15 degrees or until the surface turns golden.
