Thermomix ricotta frosting

Ingredients
- 150 gr cream cheese (philadephia type)*
- 150 gr ricotta cheese*
- 6 tbsp powdered sugar
- food coloring enough (optional)
Instructions

Place the butterfly in the clean bowl and add the spreadable cheese and ricotta, icing sugar and coloring last (optional), whisk: 1 min speed. 3.

Then refrigerate in a bowl covered with plastic wrap for 30 minutes.

Garnish the cupcakes with a spatula or a pastry bag and serve... Buon appetito!
Recipe Notes
*For those intolerant to dairy products, use ricotta and lactose-free spreadable cheese.
