Good morning, are we ready for a new week? Today the recipe for Bechamel Thermomix is waiting for you.
Bechamel is one of the sauces most used in the kitchen, it goes well with everything, to season lasagna or baked vegetables, it is very versatile and wherever you put it she is. 🙂
The recipe I use to prepare it is that of the basic book and when I happen to have leftover it, freeze it in glass jars once it has cooled, then, if necessary, I defrost it and heat it in a saucepan and voila it is again perfect for use.
Preparing bechamel sauce is so easy that I haven’t bought it ready for years, yesterday I prepared it to fill lasagne, very delicious.

Thermomix Bechamel sauce
- 1 liter milk
- 100 gr flour
- 50 gr butter
- 1 tsp salt
Put all the ingredients in the thermomix bowl, cook: 12 min. 90° speed 4.
If you want to reduce the dose, you can vary it by halving the ingredients and cooking.
To be used immediately or stored in the refrigerator… Bon Appetit!
I put the leftover in a glass jar and frozen it. 🙂
You can flavor it as you like with nutmeg, if it is too thick you can add an extra dash of milk.
