Thermomix Pan Release

Today’s tip will surprise you with its simplicity, but it will change your life. Say goodbye to parchment paper, now there is pan release and we prepare it with the Thermomix.

Have you ever run out of parchment paper, but you’ve already prepared the cake batter?
During the Christmas holidays, this happened to me so I decided to prepare the pan release once and for all.

Moreover, there is no need to butter and flour anymore, just use the pan release, ideal for special molds like bundt pans.

With the Thermomix, it is prepared in a flash and can be stored in the fridge for a few weeks, some say to consider the expiration date of the butter, others say that when it is no longer good, mold forms on the surface.
Please remember though, it is to be kept in the refrigerator.

I leave you with the recipe for the Thermomix Pan Release.

How to use it:

  1. Take a small amount with the help of a kitchen brush and spread evenly over the entire surface of the pan.

  2. Pour in your cake mixture and bake. At the end of cooking and once cooled, the cake will be perfect… Buon appetito!

Recipe Notes

*For celiacs, simply replace the classic flour with the gluten-free one.
**For vegans, you just need to replace the butter with the vegetable equivalent, while for those who are intolerant to dairy products, you can use lactose-free butter.

In the fridge, the tray remover will tend to solidify a little, but it will melt as soon as you start to spread it.

It can be kept for a few weeks, I have noticed that it will mold on the surface if it is no longer good.
