Here I am, finally, with the recipe to cook pizza with thermomix.
Saturday night means pizza at my house, and every week we give free rein to our imagination to top the pizza.
The ingredients that are never lacking are the Tropea onions and the buffalo mozzarella, but also anchovies or ‘nduja (for my boyfriend).
The recipe was taken from the thermomix basic book.

- 650 gr all-purpose flour or 00 flour
- 15 gr fresh yeast
- 10 gr sugar
- 10 gr salt
- 320 gr water
- 20 gr extra virgin olive oil
Dissolve the brewer's yeast in lukewarm water and put it in the jug together with oil and sugar, mix: 5 sec. speed 3.
Add the flour and salt, knead: 3 min. dough mode.
Let the dough rise in a large bowl covered with a cloth for about 2 hours or until doubled.
When the dough has doubled its volume, divide it into several parts.
Grease a pan, roll it out and season as you like.
Bake in preheated oven at 200° C for 30 minutes or so until the bottom is golden.
