Dissolve the fresh yeast in lukewarm water and put it in the jug together with oil and sugar, mix: 5 sec. speed 3.
Add the flour and salt, knead: 3 min. dough mode.
Let the dough rise in a large bowl covered with a cloth for about 2 hours or until doubled.
When the dough has doubled its volume, divide it into several parts.
Grease a pan, roll it out and season as you like.
Bake in preheated oven at 200° C for 30 minutes or so until the bottom is golden.
