It’s Friday and here we ask ourselves: what do we do with the last broccoli of the season? A super thermomix side dish of course.
The recipe comes from a mother in love with broccoli who often prepares them this way.
Actually I discovered that in Calabria they are used a lot, above all, to dress pasta.
Broccoli is one of those vegetables that is good for our health, in fact they are anti-inflammatory for the airways, they help to detoxify our organism and not less important, they help to protect us from strokes.
Of course we know that a controlled and healthy diet helps to prevent many diseases, because we are what we eat.

Thermomix Stuffed broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 kg broccoli
- 50 gr bacon (optional)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 50 ml white wine
- 50 ml water
- 1 shallot
- salt enough
- red pepper dried enough
Instructions
Clean, wash and drain the broccoli well.
In the jug put the shallot, mince: 5 sec. speed 7.
Gather at the bottom with the help of a spatula and add the oil, fry: 3 min. 100° speed 1.
Add bacon (I omitted this passage): 2 min. 100° Reverse speed 1.
Combine broccoli, white wine, blend: 5 min. 100° Reverse speed 1.
Add the water and salt, cook: 15 min. 100° Reverse speed 1.
When cooked, if necessary, allow to dry for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve with a pinch of red pepper… Buon appetito!
