Put the apples cut into small pieces, cinnamon, sugar and butter in the bowl, cook: 5 min. 100° Reverse speed 1.
At the end of cooking, pour into a greased baking dish (mine is 20×20 cm).
In the clean bowl, combine the flour, butter, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt, mix: 10 sec. speed 6, it must be a crumbly mixture.
Cover the apples in the pan with the crumble and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes or until the surface is golden brown.
Let it cool slightly and serve as desired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream... Buon appetito!
