Put the sugar and butter in the bowl and whisk: 2 min. speed 4.
Add the egg, stir in: 30 sec. speed. 4.
Add the flour and baking powder, mix: 1 min. speed. 4.
Finally, stir in the chocolate chips: 15 sec. Counterclockwise speed. 3.
At this point, form balls the size of a walnut, place them in a baking tray with baking paper, spacing them one from the other and crush them slightly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Let it cool completely and perhaps serve with a cup of tea... Buon appetito!
