Put the chocolate in the bowl, chop: 10 sec. speed 7 and combine at the bottom with the help of a spatula.
Add the condensed milk and butter, cook: 6/7 min. 60° speed 3.
Add the hazelnuts or pistachios, mix: 15 sec. Reverse speed 3.
Pour the mixture, which must be rather compact, into a pan previously covered with parchment paper and level well with a spatula or spoon to a thickness of about 1-2 cm.
Leave it to cool in the fridge for at least one night.
