Wash the eggplant and slice it, take the slices and season them with oil on both sides and keep aside.
Put the cherry tomatoes, feta, breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in the bowl, chop: 10 sec. speed 7.
Fill the eggplant slices with the mixture obtained and drizzle the surface with a drizzle of oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30-40 minutes or at least until the eggplants are cooked.
