Put the butterfly in the bowl and place it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (me even 1 hour).
After the necessary time has elapsed, put the cream also cold from the fridge in the bowl, whisk: speed 3 for about 30 seconds (maximum 1 minute).
The whipped cream is ready when lines form on the sides.
Add the condensed milk and vanilla and mix by hand with the help of a spatula, making gentle movements without disassembling the mixture.
Pour into an ice cream mold or a plumcake mold and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
Take out, add the chocolate in small pieces and mix by hand directly in the mold.
Place in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
Before serving the thermomix stracciatella ice cream, take it out for 5 minutes... Buon appetito!
*If you don't want to prepare condensed milk with the thermomix, you can easily find it in the supermarket and what we need is in cans.
