I tried to make a new version of stracciatella ice cream, this time with condensed milk!

The previous version of stracciatella ice cream involved cooking and the use of agar agar, but this new version has only 3 ingredients.

A show has come, super creamy, in fact the use of condensed milk means that it is not necessary to cream the mixture once frozen and is therefore, after resting in the freezer, it is ready for consumption.

For a matter of intolerance, I took steps to prepare the condensed milk myself, don’t worry next week I will publish the recipe photographed, for now I have taken steps to report it in the notes.

Stracciatella ice cream has been one of my favorite ice cream flavors, practically always and combined with brioche with “tuppo” it is simply perfect.

I leave you with the recipe for the Thermomix fast stracciatella gelato.

See you for the next recipe!
