Thermomix Liquorice liqueur

Ingredients

  • 200 gr alcohol
  • 600 gr water
  • 600 gr sugar
  • 70 gr liquorice pure

Instructions

  1. Put the liquorice and sugar, chop: 20 sec. speed Turbo.

  2. Add water and cook: 10 min. 100°C speed 1.

  3. Allow to cool completely and add the alcohol, mix: 20 sec. speed 4.

  4. Pour into the bottle. To be kept in the fridge or freezer... Buon appetito!
