Ingredients
- 250 ml mascarpone
- 50 ml fresh cream (not whipped)
- 70 gr icing sugar
- food coloring (optional)
Instructions

Put all the ingredients in the clean bowl, whisk (without butterfly): 2 min. speed 4.

Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
