Pour the resulting mixture into a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap and leave at temperature for 30 minutes.
After the time has passed, the Thermomix sour cream can be consumed immediately or stored in the refrigerator, always covered with plastic wrap... Buon appetito!
It can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. 🙂
