Thermomix ricotta meatballs

Thermomix recipe 100% made in Italy for ricotta meatballs

Today another salty recipe and it is the turn of a really quick and tasty dish to cook.

I got this idea when I saw ricotta in the fridge and the defrosted minced meat, a winning combination that convinced me to prepare some meatballs and I did not even use eggs and breadcrumbs.

They came out perfect, I think that they are not good just as a second course but also for a finger food to eat as an appetizer with friends.

I leave you with the recipe for meatballs with ricotta for the thermomix.
