Wash and stone the cherries, cut them in half and place them in the bowl, add the lemon juice and sugar, cook with the basket placed on the lid instead of the measuring beaker: 30 min. 100° speed 1.
Continue cooking: 10 min. Varoma speed. 1.
Check the cooking by doing the saucer test and if necessary continue for a few minutes at Varoma temperature.
Pot in sterilized jars and pasteurize (how to do it, read here) for 30 minutes.
Store them away from light and moisture.
