Prepare the oil shortcrust pastry as per the recipe.
Grease and flour a 22 cm diameter pan and cover the bottom and edges with the shortcrust pastry rolled out with a rolling pin in a thin sheet.
Prick the bottom with the tines of a fork, cover with aluminum foil and place the baking beans s on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes.
When cooked, remove the aluminum foil and legumes and let the pastry cool completely.
Spread a layer of vanilla custard or lemon curd in the pastry and level well with a spoon.
Wash, dry and remove the green stalk of the strawberries, cut them into thin slices lengthwise and place them on the cake, in the shape you want.
Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, so that the tart is compacted well.
Remove from the refrigerator a few minutes before serving... Buon appetito!
