Good morning! I am back with a new recipe, one of the many of the thermomix cooking class!
Today’s recipe seems more than obvious with this hot weather and it is like preparing a delicious Fiordilatte and hazelnuts ice cream in the house.
Let’s say that in these hot weeks, both ice cream and fresh fruit keep me company.
Soon I will publish the recipe for other ice creams to prepare with the thermomix.

Thermomix Fior di latte and helzenut gelato
Ingredients
- 110 gr sugar
- 50 gr hazelnuts
- 750 gr frozen milk
Instructions
Put the sugar in the jug, pulverize: 10 sec. speed Turbo.
Add half of the hazelnuts, mince: a few seconds at speed. 8.
Combine the frozen milk and cut into cubes, mix: 1 min. speed. 5. (using the spatula from the cover).
After half of the time add the remaining hazelnuts.
To be served immediately… Buon appetito!
Recipe Notes
If the ice cream is too liquid, put it in the freezer for a few minutes.
