Ingredients

  • 500 gr pumpkin
  • 500 gr potatoes
  • 2 leeks
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tsp thermomix vegatable bouillon
  • extra virgin olive oil enough
  • grated parmesan enough

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the potatoes, pumpkin and leek, cut them into small pieces and put everything in the bowl together with the water and the nut, cook: 20 min. 100° speed 1.
