Thermomix Strawberry Tart

Ingredients

For the pastry:

  • 1 Thermomix Oil Sweet Shortcrust Pastry *

For the filling:

  • 300 gr thermomix vanilla custard or lemon curd**
  • 400 gr strawberries

Instructions

For the pastry:

  1. Prepare the oil shortcrust pastry as per the recipe.

  2. Grease and flour a 22 cm diameter pan and cover the bottom and edges with the shortcrust pastry rolled out with a rolling pin in a thin sheet.

  3. Prick the bottom with the tines of a fork, cover with aluminum foil and place the baking beans s on top.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes.

  5. When cooked, remove the aluminum foil and legumes and let the pastry cool completely.

For the filling:

  1. Spread a layer of vanilla custard or lemon curd in the pastry and level well with a spoon.

  2. Wash, dry and remove the green stalk of the strawberries, cut them into thin slices lengthwise and place them on the cake, in the shape you want.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, so that the tart is compacted well.

  4. Remove from the refrigerator a few minutes before serving… Buon appetito!
